At Humphrey’s we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However if, for whatever reason, you wish to return your gloves, we have a ‘no questions’ policy within 28 days of the items being received. We will change, re-make the gloves or issue a full refund.
If you feel that the gloves do not fit well, then please contact email@example.com, to discuss the problem and find a resolution.
You will need to:
- return the gloves unused, with no marks or signs of wear, in their original packaging
- include a new hand fitting form and measurements
We can then alter or re-make your gloves. We reserve the right to impose a surcharge where goods have been returned to us in an unsatisfactory state.
When returning your gloves, we suggest that you obtain proof of postage. If the parcel is lost, proof of postage will be required to action a refund.
